This week we listen to part 2 in our series of interviews investigating the fundamental inequities in public school funding. Our second guest is Nick Ceglarek, Superintendent of Fruitport Community Schools.
Nick gives us the history behind public school funding prior to Proposal A as well as after. Specifically he demonstrates the effect that tax base has on funding for urban and rural school districts.
